We have a 7 day return policy if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item unworn and in the same condition it was sent to you with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
When returning the jewellery item please make sure the same packaging is used in order to protect the jewellery during shipping.
The return of hand stamped or custom designed items is not possible unless there is a fault in the design.
Repairs or Faulty items
If a piece of jewellery is faulty, we will repair, exchange or refund the original piece within a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Please email us and describe the fault or problem.
The jewellery must have the original packaging, and a proof of purchase when returned. We will do our best to replace the item. Sale items and special custom designed orders are final sales.
Warranty of Jewellery
All jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty. Please read all care instructions to unsure your piece of jewellery is maintained and cared for in the correct way.
Gift certificates must be used within a 6 month period from date of purchase.
Gift certificates are non transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
If your order is less than the value of the gift certificate a credit note will be given to that value or the remainder of the value can be issued in a subsequent gift certificate.
If your order is more that the value of the gift certificate the extra amount must be paid for by the customer.
Postage is not included in the shipping of the jewellery in the gift certificate.
All prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Jane Maria jewellery will not sell or give you details to a third party. All personal details will be kept confidential.
